• Comfey’s flowers aren’t affected by the CDR, so even with Floral Healing coming up faster you’re still bottlenecked by your flower production
• The extra flat SpA scales nicely to give Comfey larger heals
• The White HP bonus and flat HP also benefit Comfey:
• Higher HP increases the Triage Shield Comfey gives allies upon attach
• & Slightly more survivability while detached

How to be a superb, splendid, and stupendous flower belt:
Collect flowers!
Comfey has a really stupid mechanic of needing to enter bushes to max out flowers before your next sweet kiss/floral healing cooldown. But as a malnourished and frail little ring of flowers, it can be dangerous to leave the comfort of being attached to your host. Try detaching and dashing into bushes, abusing iframes and limiting vision to keep yourself safe. Wait for floral/kiss cooldowns to nearly be over, so when you detach you can instantly re-attach, minimizing the time you are exposed while still allowing you to max out flowers.
Boosted autos ALSO provide 2 flowers, allowing you to QUICKLY max out flowers if you jump into a bush and perform one boosted auto.

This is vital, the power of your heal or kiss is dramatically increased by having max flowers, and it is very doable to max out flowers for EVERY skill rotation.

NOTE: on more mobile allies, you should not be detaching to collect flowers. allies such as Dodrio, Zoroark, Blueshifu, Talon, Scyther etc are included

In full on team fights such as Rayquaza fight, detaching is extremely dangerous when your host is in really deep! be mindful of where you are and when you can safely throw a quick boosted auto for flowers.

Shield cycling (wtf)
When Comfey attaches to an ally, it provides shields, and when detaching, those shields are removed. This makes it a bit more complicated when detaching, as you can leave an ally vulnerable if you remove their shield. Waiting for shield to be depleted and then reattaching after allows you to gain the value of multiple full shields.
tldr: be mindful of when your host may need a shield at the moment.

Ult combo for boosted flowers (maximize efficiency)
When ulting, you INSTANTLY max out flower stacks and gain magical radioactive pink glowing flowers. Before ulting, consume all your flowers stacks using an ability, then ult for CDR buffs and max flowers to prep a next ability as fast as possible.
Ult flowers last forever, until you press SK/FH. So you can potentially save until next important teamfight and and have 2 boosted SK/FH’s.

NOTE: ulting and immediately using boosted heal is very valid when your host is taking a LOT of damage really quickly and they need the heal, the combo above is more rewarding for more predictive play.

Sweet Kiss vs Floral Healing

As of now, floral healing is extremely dominant and holds a solid spot in the meta. The silly smoochy really does not function in the support slot because of lack of sustain.

Do you have a healer on your team? Do you need a healer?
If you do not already have a Clef, Elde, or Hoopa, you can take it upon yourself to be a main healer (pick floral). But there are situations where healthcare is not needed, such as matchups where enemies do not have poke such as Garde, Mew, or Delphox.

Who are your allies?
Ttar, Venu, and Garchomp have extreme affinity with Sweet Kiss, but most melee fighters do benefit from the extreme cc that Sweet Kiss provides.

Who are your enemies?
Sweet Kiss cancels certain moves unlike other types of cc. Charm from Sweet Kiss can cancel Dodrio Drill Peck hitbox and Ttar Ancient Power chargeup, providing really good value.

Magical Leaf vs Grass Knot
Magical Leaf is very dominant currently for how oppressive it is and easy to pull off.
If you are unfortunate enough to be paired up with extremely jittery teammates such as Espeed Lucario, Zoro, Scyther, or any other dash spam monster, magical leaf ensures value and approach without any aim.
allies like Ttar, Venu, Garchomp, Urshifu have few dashes and rather linear movement, making it easy to aim Grass Knot, Grass Knot provides extremely great value when landing the double snare, which makes it worth it. Magical Leaf can be used but doesn’t meet the Grass Knot’s instantaneous value
