Strengths and Weaknesses

Strengths:
+ Great early game secure mixup with Boosted Attack and Pound
+ Decent bulk to take hits in lane and check bushes
+ Highest single target healing (Soft Boiled) and overall sustain (Bliss Assistance)
+ Multiple healing charges (Soft Boiled) allows for satisfactory team healing coverage
+ Sure hit healing allows Blissey to properly support more mobile allies
+ Knockups counter Hoopa (Egg Bomb) i hate you hoopa
+ Throw smelly eggs for disruptive knockups with multiple charges for peel (Egg Bomb)
+ Only supportive CC and effect cleanse in the game (Safeguard)
+ Insane ADC pocketing with attack speed buffs (Helping Hand)
+ Insane dive potential with Bliss Assistance damage creating a tactical egg nuke, and buffing an ally with the most possible damage reduction in a single ability
+ EXTREMELY flexible fitting into any comp, while being best in slot for brawl/dive core type teams

Weaknesses:
– Low mobility, making it hard to support highly mobile allies (Ex. Dodrio, Zoroark, etc.)
– Low mobility, making it harder to kite out and stay out of the line of fire with short supportive range
– Sustain falls off a bit when charges run out
